Maintain and develop a residential garden - regular work

I require someone to undertake regular weekly work to maintain the garden. This will include lawn mowing, edges, weeding, pruning and trimming. I require someone who is fastidious and has a high level of attention to detail and someone who will treat the garden as his or her own rather than just a job to be completed.
