Garden spruce-up.

We have an 800m2 property (residential) that needs some sprucing up before being sold. The driveway has a strip of garden on each side with small plants (some of which have died and need replacing). There is a dead shrub to be removed. A tree that could do with some pruning of the lower branches. Some general weeding around the property. Some strategic planting of a few plants to fill gaps would be great too! Paths and driveway need a sweep. Lawns need a mow. There is also some general green-waste to be removed.
