Hedge and shrub removal - assist us with a garden remodel

We have a couple of jobs that could be done at the same time. We have 2 hedges, 10m long by 3m high and 2m long by 2m high and about 8 overgrown shrubs that we want removed along with the stumps as we intend either turfing or putting raised beds in. We have a pile of old garden rubbish that we also want removed we estimate it at about 2 m3. We are also looking for landscaping ideas to make the our section and garden area low maintenance and improving access to the side utility area.
