Deceased estate. House has been unoccupied & neglected for quite some time. Is now being tidied up for "as is" sale, but garden would benefit from some TLC. Driveway, garden, lawn and some garden also around the side and back. If you want to have a look at garden before quoting, this can be arranged

Scott was a pleasure to deal with, great communication, and he & his team worked so hard getting this property into order. The couple of times we stopped by, they were filthy, covered in sweat and it was obvious they were putting in maximum effort. The price he quoted did not include dumping fees, of which we were well aware, but we knew there was going to be lots of waste, so there was really no surprises with the final bill. wouldn't hesitate to use his business again, or recommend to others
