Large Roller/stacking door

I have an existing stacking garage door for a 3200 x 3200 opening for a dock of an old warehouse, which is to be my new shop. The sparky has confirmed there is power to it. I am keen to have someone look at it and see if it can be brought to life and used. I can see that the stack has been tied up one end which indicates there is more than the motor to repair/attend to. Roller garage door motor

We have an existing garage roller door with electric motor. The motor is not responding to our two remotes, even with remote battery changes. We need to have the door operative again. Maybe also new remotes.

Cedar Garage Doors staining

I have a double automatic cedar garage doors that need a good exterior clean and stain - I just don't have the time to do it myself, and would rather someone proficient did a good job rather than me risking it and then living to regret it. With winter fast approaching I really need this done by mid-May if possible, and would appreciate someone who is both communicative and proactive.
