My two garage doors are not working properly. For the first one, it will only go up a little bit and then stop. I had to disengage it and manually pull it down. For the second one (Windsor), when it is engaged, the door can go up, but it stops working afterwards. When it is disengaged, the engine works when I press the button on the remote.
