Internal floors of 1915 house not level over full floor area, indicating existing piles need attention. Sloping site. Some stucco on exterior cracked, confirming there has been movement at some time. Seeking Oamaru-based or local building company to level the house after they've surveyed the levels etc. Wanting somebody who'll do the complete job.

Concrete slab!

New Concrete Foundations

I need a reinforced slab of concrete in an area so I can put a shed and carport on it. There’s a narrow driveway to access this area- not wide enough for a truck to drive up. 30 sqm approx. i potentially will supply the concrete so it may be just labour.

Rusty's relocatable

relocating an existing house, and adding a deck, to a section in Oamaru. total approximately size 12m long and 10m wide. Western piles ground level, Eastern piles approx 4m high - a site visit will be required. Final pile design pending, but I do have the draft - been told 200mm H5 treated timber with bracing.

Floor leveling

Im looking at buying an old house which is quite sound however the floor is sloping along one wall aprox 4 meters. It looks to be caused by weight of a concrete hearth and log burner. Id like to know roughly how much it would cost to jack it up and re level it.
