We are getting a Cosy Home 1 bedroom house 9.1m length delivered to our property in Palmerston But before we can order the truck We need to dig 8 foundation holes which have already been dug Now we need to 2 1 tier the holes We'll need you to come and make sure all the holes are in the correct position first As we began doing the job ourselves and discovered we needed professionals, so stopped Then when you have given the go ahead that the holes are positioned correctly We need you to tier the holes We can help if needed Then fill holes with AP20 that is to be compacted every 200 mm Making sure holes are level at top when completed This is all signed off with a Geotechnical report and is permitted by the council They are needing the compacting of the AP20to be done and signed off by you Then we can order the house to be delivered We need you to be there to line it all up as crane is placing it down and connect chain to feet We have a small time frame to complete this We must be in the house by 26th March
