Looking for builders with accreditation and experience in re-strengthening / replacing house foundations. See photos, in this case a metal corner post that supports a bearer on our extension has degraded with rust. Open to options / solutions. Also seeking a short consultation on wall removal inside house ahead of kitchen and bathroom renovation (I.e. which walls are load bearing, and which aren't).
