1950’s home re-levelling/piles

I’m after an inspection & quote on my awesome 1950’s home. It has a raise in the wooden flooring throughout my dining room - I suspect the wooden piles under the house may need looking at. This home flew through a building inspection just over a year ago when I bought the house, I thought this was worth noting. Can you help me out?

Renovation and replacement of piles

I require quotes on a property which I am in the process of purchasing. The foundation piles have subsided and would need replacing. In addition, the house requires further renovations in the bathroom, which include knocking out a wall, closing up a doorway and further renovations. New piles

Need some piles sorted, the piles on the western outside of the house are starting to bend due to historical drainage issues. I'm in Sanson, with no need to link up with the stormwater network. Sprouting going to soak pits as such, with no soak pits installed. Hence seepage around piles. Drainage issues will be delt with me, haven't a clue with piles. Keen to get a quote

Checking piles and packing where needed and adding a new short bearer

We are wanting a qualified builder or repiler (someone who can guarantee their work) to add a bearer under a section of our wooden floor and also check and pack piles as necessary to remedy some areas of "bounciness" in the floor we have noticed post-earthquakes. Piles Inspection/Quote

I have recently bought a 1930's house in Feilding and need an underfloor specialist to inspect the piles and floor levels and give their expert recommendation/quote on what work is required. Floor humps and sloping are noticeable. There have been previous pile packing. Floor levels were up to 20+mm out of level over a 1200mm long level in areas tested.
