I think I need injection into foundation - concrete floor. Small cracks showing inside my house - photos provided. I have a steep bank alongside of house about 2metres away. I have contacted vero insurance. Then the small fixes inside.

Releveling and possibly repiling a 1 level 4 bedroom house

House Releveling

Kia ora, the house we bought will need works at the piles and foundation. It's a house from the 50s and it will need releveling for sure, but the building inspector said it might need repiling or other work done. We are after someone that can first come to assess and give us an idea of what the job will be and how much it will cost etc, so that we can plan what and when to do the work.

Concrete pad for spa pool

Hi, I need a concrete pad laid for a spa pool, 2m x 1.5m. There are currently tiles in the area which will be removed. Also require a 600mm deep trench of about 3m for electrical to be dug. Husband is happy to pitch in with the grunt work if required. Thanks

Floor levelling

Our entrance and kitchen floor isnt kevel and a couple of the tiles have cracked. It's a 90s lockwood single level on wooden piles. We bought it 3yrs ago and the builders report said it was ok just settled over time. Clay/rock land. Keen to see if we can afford to correct it so we can replace the flooring with wooden laminate.

Subsided Piles Paraparaumu

I have two house piles in my basement area where the surrounding dirt has fallen away from the base, exposing the concrete and leaving them unsupported. I need someone local to Kapiti, to quote for the work to fix, either by placing new piles adjacent or additional concrete support. I have uploaded x4 photos of the two piles, each from 2 angles, with reference to the entrance hatch. The Basement area is accessible, but not to wheelbarrows though.

Piles for large retaining wall

Need 6 metre piles driven halfway into the ground for first level of retaining wall that will be 18 metres long. Drainage to be set, then retaining wall filled and compacted. Then second retaining wall of the same height and width (set back approximately 3.5 metres) . Will need to have licence to operate and access to medium/to large size excavator with auger and pile driver attachments.
