Existing house, re-pile and re-level - Warrington, Dunedin

The house is timber framed sub floor construction in need of pile replacement and added piles in appropriate centers to suit current building code standards. The house in 100sqm with on 50% fully accessible, with limited crawl space for the remaining 50%. Possibly need to go in from above and replace the particle board flooring. Note some piles are fine but may require re-leveling for an overall level house
