Small job- complete block wall foundation

Landscape feature wall (4.0 m long, 2.1 m high) to be constructed by others requires a concrete footing. Design is a 400 mm x 600 mm box steel reinforced box section footing with 3x 1.2 m deep, 1.2 m long and 0.4 m wide ribs on garden side. Rebar for the block wall 1.2 m high on 400 mm centres. Consider bidding for my other small concrete job- driveway connection to new garage.
