URGENT: Fix rebar exposure on four concrete piles

Concrete foundation for small gazebo + removal of post

We are wanting a concrete base made for a small (2m wide) wooden gazebo. The area is the back corner of the garden, and it has a narrow entrance way (between two small trees). There is an existing partial concrete pad but it's broken and not at the right level. There are tree roots on one side that we are hoping can be left as is / concreted over (photo 2). Want the base to follow the hexagonal shape of the gazebo in the front. Also wanting a single concrete post removed (photo 3).
