Have a pre 1935 house Stucco clad weatherboard house where the piles towards the front of the house have settled leaving the house unlevel. Would like to have some quotes on leveling the house. The house consists of a concrete ring foundation around 3/4 of the house and the front part is wooden piles. only the front needs leveling as the ring foundations appear solid. The easiest access to the piles that need leveled is from inside through the floor and we would like a solution where the entire house does not need to be lifted.
