Midfloor to be propped for foundation repairs on multi-storey house on hill site

This job WILL require a contractor who is experienced with both relevelling and propping two storey houses. This is NOT a simple Jack and Pack, there is substantial repairs which will need to be undertaken, requiring the whole midfloor of the house to be propped. If you do not have proven experience in these areas, please do not apply for this job. The house is situated on a hill site in Hillsborough, Christchurch. Access is somewhat poor, however, it is possible to get smaller machinery down to the house via the driveway. I require the midfloor/first floor to be temporarily propped up and relevelled so I can commence repairs and construction of a ring foundation, retaining wall/footing slab, and replace the joists and bearers under a portion of the bottom floor of my house. I intend to carry out the work myself as I am a carpenter, however, for the right price, I may consider also contracting the repair work out. I have engineering plans I can send to interested parties to paint a better picture of the work required, however, a site visit is a must.
