Foundation work.

I am about to buy a house with the building report saying there is a comment on foundation, saying "One pile has been insufficiently packed and is leaning, another pile has been undermined with little supporting it." I would like to get quote on how much it will cost to fix this problem before buying. Please find attached photo for more information.
