Foundation Report

Hi there, I need a foundation report for insurance purposes on a house that I am hoping to purchase. I have had a builders report done, but the insurance company needs a more detailed report that can comment on the condition of the foundations and structural integrity of the house after earthquake foundation repairs. The house is currently vacant. I am hoping to get this done as soon as possible. The only other quote I have got has a 6-8 week timeline. Any help into the best place/person/company would be greatly appreciated.
