Hi, we are after someone that is able to sort out a small number of piles under our house. Our EQC scope states that: the floor has moved less than 100mm, 7 piles require jack and pack, 6 piles to be replaced. Once the work is completed you will need to be able to sign it off as completed for the EQC paperwork side of things (so presume may need to be a qualified builder?).
