This was part of a builders report I got on a house I’m looking at buying. “A maximum change in levels of 45mm over approximately 8m and 27mm over approximately 2mm was noted. These are outside the current guideline provided by Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) of no more than 50mm over 10m and no more than 10mm over any 2m area. It is recommended to complete zip-levels on the dwelling to ascertain the overall levels to a single datum point, consultation with a foundation specialist may be deemed necessary. Undulations and changes in floor levels are not uncommon for older dwellings with extensions due to subsidence overtime” I’m wanting to get some advice about this asap
