I am interested in replacing existing perimeter foundation with all pile foundation as I understand this is the cheapest way. The land is TC3, New Brighton chch and am currently looking for quotes. So this obviously involves lifting the house and replacing all the existing. My understanding is that a new all pile foundation costs about $20K for a 150sqm house and these ones I have to do are 100 - 110sqm so would like to know how much to replace one. It would need to be consented obviously. Cheers
