Foundation Repairs

My property has had EQC work done and completed however the foundations were not done correctly thus repairs are needed. 1. DPC needs to be put between the bearer/joist and the concrete. 2. A new 190x45 stringer to be bolted to the existing perimeter foundation with M12 bolts at 900mm centres and existing joists connected to the stringer with 2 screw nails. 3. Ensure flitch plate is installed both sides of bearer. 4. A 400mm long 75x75x5 galvanised steel Equal Angle is to be installed both sides of the 100mm packers and bolted into the existing perimeter foundation.
