I have a 130sqm house on TC2 land in Burwood. My engineer has given a recommendation to jack and pack the floor to bring the floors back into tolerance. Currently the floor is an estimated 64mm out of level. The repair could begin in late November. The external garage has a crack through the concrete slab. The engineer has recommended this be filled with apoxy resin.
