I am looking to repair an as is where is house. I have details on how many underpins will be needed and house many piles will need fixing. It will be roughly 34 underpins and 50 piles will need disconnecting/reconnecting and atleast 60% of those will need jacking and packing. Once this one is done we will be looking to do more so looking for a contractor we can have a working relationship with.
