I have a circa 1945 home on concrete ring foundation with piles. One corner of the ring has cracked and slumped and EQC has paid us for the replacement of 7 lineal metres of the concrete ring. I have a structural engineer's report with the proposed repair methodology. Would prefer someone who is confident doing this kind of work, as a foundation isn't something you want to get wrong. There is also a little bit of cosmetic work (raking and plastering) to be done inside.
