Eight H5 rated timber piles to be fitted next to additional piles for additional support. Drainage to be installed under pavers inside 6m long courtyard area. If neighbour is interested they may want theirs done and doubling the job.

When they finished both times they didn't say bye and allow me to inspect before they left even though I was home. I found the piles with sizeable cavities around the piles, around 100mm depth. I asked them to come back and fill this, so they filled it with very loose soil, without compacting which I'm not happy with as water will still pool around the pile. This means I'll have to complete the job myself at some stage by making my own concrete.
