Urgent estimate for looking at piling / replacement cost

We have a property we'd like to purchase at auction next Wednesday and we'd like a quote for fixing up some piling. The building report showed many of the piles are leaning slightly. There is also one pile that has sunk by a few cms. We'd like a quote for what needs fixing and likely cost. (The property has easy under-house access and is currently vacant, or I can email the building report). The piles are concrete with timber jacks.

4 metre x 1 metre concrete pad

Hi, we need to get a 4 metre x 1 metre concrete pad put next to our house next week and we are looking for a quote for this. It needs to be 200mm deep and have a wire mesh within it to add additional strength to it. This pad is to allow some HVAC equipment to be placed next to the house. The space under the house allows for an individual to crouch and be able to get about.
