New floors

I would like a quote to get my floorboards sanded and polished. Not sure what type of wood - but the house was built in the 1960s. The floor size is approx 85sqm - including the lounge/kitchen/dinning room (which has previously been sanded and polished) + hallway + three bedrooms (3.3m x 2.9m + 3.3m x 3.7m + 2.7m x 2.8m). I would like to get two quotes please - one for sanding and polishing the hallway + bedrooms to match the lounge/dinning room/kitchen which was polished approx 6 years ago. I would also like to get another quote to sand and stain the entire house (as I would like a lighter stain than what is currently in the lounge/dinning room/kitchen). Time is also a factor and would like this to be completed asap. Thanks, Nicola
