One of our rental properties in Henderson has timber flooring. The tenant has noticed the floor in the kitchen is bulging/raised. It seems to be getting worse over time. We need someone to replace the carpet with laminate (hybrid) in our apartment. As we just moved in there are no furniture (one bed on wheels and one table). There are just boxes and plastic containers. It's about 50m2 to cover. Our choice is Mitre 10product (we have only sample at this stage).
