Removal of flooring

We had a leak from the shower and some moisture collected under some of the floor boards in the next room. They are a prefinished interlocking oak board. We need someone to come and take some of the boards up to allow them to dry so they can be replaced later.

Floor sand and varnish

I would like my floors polished and revarnished in the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area and the bathroom as well. Total area is around 40 - 45m2 in the open plan area and up to 10m2 in the bathroom. We have a dog (german shep x) so would need a finish thats pretty robust.

Repair bathroom floor

Floorsanding Small job PKB

Sanding floorboards in 3 small rooms. 4 sq/m , 3 sq/m and 5 sq/m. Floors are original unpainted and quite smooth. Easy access - about 4 steps. in next week or two. Need poly on them as well.

I am moving in to a house on 22/7 and I need the floors sanded and re-stained ideally before I move in if possible. The house is a small 2 bedroom place, and both bedrooms are carpeted.

Laundry Renovation

A leaking pipe has turned our laundry floor to Weetbix - the laundry and adjacent small toilet were on the list for an renovation so have now moved up to top place. New floor, laundry tub, replace the Dux piping that caused the problem and tile small area in the laundry and replace the toilet, handwash basin and replace damaged gib board in the toilet area. We want this done as soon as possible - prior to the weather turning towards winter proper.

New kitchen flooring

I have a new kitchen being installed in the next 2 to 3 weeks and want some quotes to have new vinyl layed. The approx area measures 2.5 x 4.5m. New Flooring

We are putting down vinyl plank flooring in a kitchen, dining and two bathrooms, possibly also living room and laundry, depending on the cost. Roughly around 40-60 sqm. We have per sqm costs for Karndean planks. But we are looking for an installer that can do a better per sqm cost for laying them. Per sqm cost would need to include removing existing carpet and lino, preparing the particle board flooring, filling, screeding, etc. and fixing the lino to the flooring. Also, anyone that sells...

Lino uplift, Sand & Polyurethane

I would like a quote to lift the lino, sand, (maybe stain) and polyurethane the floor in the kitchen/dining room (I am not sure if staining is necessary). The home is currently rented therefore access to undertake the quote needs to be organised and managed with Emma Lloyd, property manager. I would like to have the quotes within the next two weeks.
