New kitchen flooring

I have a new kitchen being installed in the next 2 to 3 weeks and want some quotes to have new vinyl layed. The approx area measures 2.5 x 4.5m. Prefer gloss white or charcoal vinyl with a tile look to it or tiles. (But not confirmed) I do not want the single tile vinyl though as I have that now and it's useless. Obviously will need someone before the new kitchen installed, it will probably be easier for you to lay. May need plysheet put down where the old kitchen has been removed from. Refer to pic.
