Flooring for extension

I need a flooring contractor to install new flooring, and sand and polish along with some existing flooring Area A 70sqm - New Floor in Family, Kitchen, Dining, Lounge. To install Kauri 135mm T&G boards on concrete floors Area B 8.5sqm - New Floor in Laundry, Landing. To install Kauri 135mm T&G boards on joists Area C 4.5 sqm - New Floor on Stairs (3 treads). To install Kauri 135mm T&G boards on stairs. Area D 15sqm - Existing flooring, sand and polish only Entire area 98 sqm to be finished sanded and 3 x coats of low sheen polyurathane. If able to supply New / Recycled Kauri - please provide cost for supply also.

Mike did a fantastic job with our renovation. He installed recycled rimu over new concrete slab, as well as replacing some older boards on the existing floor. Finish was excellent and could hardly tell where boards were replaced, or where old floor meets new. We recommend Mike for timber flooring work.
