Hi there, I manage the maintenance in a 74 room private hospital. At the door way of some of the hospital rooms there is a pink stain. I understand why, but I need someone that can cut out the vinyl where the stain is and replace with a new piece of vinyl. It is doable as we had a company do one room for us. The vinyl is a wood panel type vinyl that allows it to be cut so it isn't noticible. I can still source the same vinyl.

Eddie is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. We had a flooring issue that had been a problem for a long time, and he was one of the few contractors that could help us, and that he did. The work he did is what I would call precision work. We had stains on the entrances of 55 hospital rooms, it needed the old woodgrain looking vinyl to be cut out, the concrete to be prepped, then new vinyl to be cut to the exact specification of the vinyl that was removed. Nice guy, excellent job.
