Eddie completed the work on time to a high standard. including extra unforeseen detail with minimal impact to costs. I’m very happy with the result. Eddie did a great job! As usual with renovation work, once the original flooring was pulled up, there was additional work required to correct the framing and substrate. Eddie did all this work himself and at a reasonable rate and timeframe. Really worth having the right guy on tricky jobs like this.
