Wood Floor Sanding and Coating

Hi All, I would like to have a quote for floor sanding and coating. This will be the living room and hall. In total 42m² ( --- , blue areas). We will remove the carpet. In the kitchen and dining area, we are still thinking, depending on the price. Currently, it has vinyl, and we do not know how easy it is to remove it. Will be around 21m² more. Kind regards.
