New fence & exterior house maintenance

Kia ora, We are looking for a pro-active builder to do some maintenance work around the exterior of our house to ensure it remains waterproof, and to build a new ~20m timber fence around our property. Fence: ~20m of 1.5m high fencing onto our retaining walls to child proof our lawn. See pictures. We want a fence that matches the style of our balconies, i.e. horizontal timber panels. The fence would be an upward extension of the retaining timber walls surrounding our property. Maintenance work: We need someone to check the exterior of our house for potential water leakage, spaces that need resealing or cause potential structural issues if not maintained and generally a pro-active eye out for things that need attention.
