Yard enclosure for cats

Looking to use our existing fence lines to add on a "cat net", roughly 2 metres high, to keep our cats in our yard. I have the netting and brackets sourced, just need an opened minded builder who doesn't mind a little bit of creativity on how the pathing is going to work. The picture is of the cat net as an example.
