900mm high fencing and a gate - dog proofing

We require a 900mm high fence and gate to be constructed, posts and horizontal panels (to match existing but not painted). The fence will be ~4m long and then there will be a short section perpendicular with a gate, approximately 3m long. The fence needs to run along length of the hedge and then the gate open away from the concrete steps. The fence will need to be fixed to a concrete wall at both ends. We have a short / small dog and this will ensure our section remains secure and allow us to take down the warratahs and chicken wire.
