Dog run needed for rowdy Lab

We're looking to get a medium-size dog run built. Needs to be metal as our dog likes to chew on things. We have a concrete patio with a concrete wall along one side and one end, and are looking to seal a portion of this in to make a dog run. The fence would need to be about 1.4m high, 4m long (single sided) and 1.6m wide (just at one end) with a gate included in that width. We are thinking about putting some sort of cover over the top for security (maybe metal fencing, or maybe some sort of wire), so would be keen to hear about options for that. Security is the main motivator here, as opposed to stopping the dog from escaping. Have considered doing this work myself, but would expect the finished product to be better if done by someone with experience. Difficult to get accurate prices for this work through Google searches, so keen to get quotes here.
