Replace fence

The fence palings need to be replaced on one side of the property (fence approx 35m long, 6’ high) and the fence on the other side of the property requires only the rotten boards to be removed (palings on both sides of fence, palings on our side rotten and falling apart). Paling replacement only , unless framing rotten. Treated timber and staining required.

In need of a fence to be built. Area is just shy of 5m. Will be between two existing buildings and the base is concrete currently. There does seem to have been a fence there in the past as has small holes in the concrete.

We neeeed an aluminum sliding gate for our driveway as soon as possible! Looking at 3.2 by 1.5, driveway and fence line are flat/even surface with no steep incline etc. Nothing fancy needed, picture attached for a basic idea of what we’re after.

have had a new gate made and put in but the current fence has not be built correctly and needs to be replaced to hold the new gate. fence is in two sections, 4.5m x 1.6 and 2m x 1.6, made of wood.

New fence and soffit repair

Back fence of property need rails replaced on existing concrete posts and 8x1 H3 R/S timber boards with a 15 mm gap between. Also the soffit area to the left of the main door on the garage needs repair work, some rot in this area. A timber moulding at front corner of house beside drain pipe needs to be replaced and theres a bit of rotten timber left hand side of outside laundry door that needs to be fixed/replaced. Note Need a Quote for this work.
