New fence and soffit repair

Back fence of property need rails replaced on existing concrete posts and 8x1 H3 R/S timber boards with a 15 mm gap between. Also the soffit area to the left of the main door on the garage needs repair work, some rot in this area. A timber moulding at front corner of house beside drain pipe needs to be replaced and theres a bit of rotten timber left hand side of outside laundry door that needs to be fixed/replaced.
