Dig out old concrete footing for short front boundary fence; reinstall existing metal gate post and timber post, and concrete footing / mowing strip. Install new 1.5m high timber side fence with neighbour, approx 15m long, with concrete mowing strip and small concrete pad (approx 2x1.5). Includes prep and removal of waste from adjacent garden area.
