Peachgrove Fence

Have a rental on Peachgrove Rd for some reason the fence at the back of the property is mainly the normal 1.8 height but drops to half size at one end. Would like the lower bit to be replaced with 1.8m standard wooden fence. About 2.6m long. Good access from my side.
