East and West Boundary fence Replacement

We have had a building report done on a property which we are looking to sell. From the report both boundary fences each approx 41m are beyond repair and need replacing. Additionally, we would want new front gates and the side gate replaced, since its being sold happy to work with whatever is recommended / easiest e.g panel gate? The property and one of the boundaries has a dog. And on both sides there is a build up for dirt so digging may need to be done. The old fences will need demolishing and removal. We are after a number of quotes to satisfy the neighbours, where we aim to split costs. However, I will be th primary person and will pay the successful contractor.
