Fix or replace fence (and re-attach garage gutter if possible?)

Hi, I would like a quote to fix or replace a boundary fence and re-attach some guttering on the garage. Standard wooden fence, about 1.8m high, 10m long and little bit at the end that goes at a right angle and is supposed to sit up against my garage, it's about 60cm across. Quick background. Kainga Ora damaged the fence while trying to remove ivy that was growing through it and through my garage. I've contacted my insurance company and they say I have to issue a Fencing Notice to Kainga Ora with 2 quotes for cost of repairs. I've been told it takes 21 days between issuing a Fencing Notice and being able to go ahead with the work, so keep that in mind when quoting.
