20m residential fencing project

We are looking for someone to fence over our current tin fence with the fence posts/rails facing our side of the property. We do not want to remove or take down the existing fencing so access would only be from our side of the property. We are looking at a standard overlapping fencing and to install trellis above this - please see photo of the black fencing as the example of what we want to achieve. The length of fencing is 20m, height 1.8m. The trellis we would want at around 0.5m. There is an existing bark privacy screening along two thirds of the fence that we would like an estimate of how much this would cost to remove as dispose. With regards to the trellis it would need to be pre-painted/coloured black. We will be painting the remainder of fence once constructed.
