Temporary Fence removal and Re-fit

To temporarily remove the fence area marked in red so that a heat-pump technician can do some repair work. After the heat-pump has been repaired the fence needs to be re-instated. The workman will be required to liaise with the heat-pump technician to organise a day and time.
