"During this job there were some issues with the suppliers materials( 12 mm palings) as all the stakeholders agreed. We subsequently fixed the defects. The workmanship was of a high standard. you are confusing the two. Elvira there were multiple occasions i had tried to call you on your cell phone it was either off or you were in your garden and phone inside. At least 8 calls also I have sent 12 texts. all this in the course of a 3 day job. So my communication has not been the issue here."
