Boundary fence x 2

I have two sides of my property that need the fence replaced. It needs to be two quotes as the other neighbours may contribute to the cost. Quote 1 - back fence: 13m, usual height all along. Quote 2 - side fence: 32m, starts low and goes to usual height from about 10.5m (see photo). I need to be able to paint the palings before they're put on the fence please. Both fences have concrete posts that should be fine to reuse. It's my preference to use them. Includes removal of current fence please.
