Small fence and gate job

I live in a middle section of a property between 2 houses, on one side of the house I want a timber fence (fully cut off) - approximate total length is about 2 metres long with a height of 180cm, single pailing; on the other side of the house is a timber gate that needs a latch with a width length of approx 90cm and height of 180cm as well. Please have quote to include what is being charged for labour hours (approx), materials (timber, cement etc). Thank you

Main ask - build a fence IN my property, but he didn’t follow instructions and built the fence which encroached into a shared driveway. I addressed this issue but he refused to take responsibility or try to help me resolve the problem. He was very defensive, immature and lacked professionalism throughout the post-build discussion. I tried to give him a chance to work with me to fix the problem but he gave me many excuses why he is unable to commit. I do not recommend this handyman.

"Unfortunately Donny sin Chai you and your Mr Friedrich Wilhelm Stray will be shamed with my reply. You actually gave me a really good review and you were happy with the job,(please see in photos) Mr Friedrich, a supposed architect, Envied me as I said out loud the gate I built is better than his the neighbour. Friedrich heard my comment and it resulted in him accusing me of building over the shared driveway, In the end I didn't go back because I was in my legal rights."
